I am a PhD student and research assistant in the Adaptation and Social Learning process. I hold a bachelor degree in Economics from University Leipzig and a master degree in International Relations from Technical University Dresden. I have worked in national and international government institutions and studied abroad in Ireland and France.
At the Global Climate Forum I am involved in the INseaPTION project that co-develops coastal climate services tailored to the needs and practices of coastal users. Here, I lead the work-stream of the Maldivian case study. My research aims at the intersection of the economy, environment and politics with a special focus on governance and decision-making frameworks in coastal adaptation.
